Billy Paredes is a Co-Founder, Partner, and Lead Trial Attorney at Paredes Law Group. He focuses his practice on representing injured clients in personal injury matters. Mr. Paredes has extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience, handling matters from inception through trial. Mr. Paredes has helped clients recover millions throughout his legal career.
Mr. Paredes earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2018. He then attended Southwestern Law School, where he completed the SCALE Accelerated Two-Year Program and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2022.
During law school, Mr. Paredes distinguished himself as a Top 16 Advocate in the Trial Advocacy Honors Program. He served as President of the Christian Legal Society and was an active member of the Consumer Law Society. He received multiple academic honors, including the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. While in law school, he also served as a certified law clerk with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Paredes is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In his spare time, Mr. Paredes enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, their daughter, Angelica, and their dogs, Teemu and Chico. He is also passionate about Brazilian jiu-jitsu, drumming, and sports.

Stephanie Paredes (née Sanchez) is a Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Financial Officer at Paredes Law Group. She focuses her practice on personal injury matters and brings a results-driven approach with a proven history of successfully managing high-volume caseloads without compromising individualized client attention. She has helped clients recover millions of dollars in compensation.
Mrs. Paredes has experience handling all phases of litigation, including depositions, law and motion, and trial preparation. She is fluent in Spanish and is committed to providing accessible, client-centered representation.
Mrs. Paredes earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), graduating with honors in 2019. During her time at CSUN, she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society, and was named to the Dean’s List each academic year. She went on to attend Southwestern Law School, where she further developed her passion for advocacy. Sher earned her Juris Doctorate in 2022.
While in law school, Mrs. Paredes participated in the Community Lawyering Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to low-income individuals, reinforcing her commitment to serving those in need. She was also a board member of the Consumer Law Society.
Mrs. Paredes is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
In her spare time, Mrs. Paredes enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Billy, their daughter, Angelica, and their dogs, Teemu and Chico.
